Local Customer Pick Ups ~ On Site Purchasing ~ Size Fittings

Our website store is open.   Sorry, due to covid-19, our fitting room is closed.   We are able to do a few outdoor fittings each day, with our newly built, undercover area.   Mask's must be worn.  By appointment only.   We are here to help everyone with the size or styles they need via email.  Government regulations.

Our website is an ecommerce store.  Since 1996.  We box and ship worldwide daily.  Local customers are able to purchase using local pick up on the shipping page or booking in for a fitting or viewing at our office.   Our products are housed in commercial warehouses not a retail store.  City By laws do not allow public access.   Our home office is set up for local customers to pick up their orders.  Do a sports fitting in our fitting room or view an item.  By appointment only.   City by law regulation.  No Stock on Site

At KidsstuffCanada, we have 3 options for our local customers. 

Option 1 - Local customers can purchase directly from the website.  Our search button works great.   On the shipping page click OFF CANADA POST AND CLICK ON LOCAL PICK UP if you do not wish to have your order shipped.  DO NOT fill out the shipping address on your account, FILL IN THE BILLING ADDRESS.   Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a second  email when your order is processed and ready for pick up.  If you do not recieve these emails, please check your spam, junk mail or the email address you used on your order.  Orders can easily be picked-up from 8 am – 6 pm 7 days per week.   NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED.   Quick and Easy.

Option 2 - Our sports shop always sets aside time for locals to book in to our sports fitting room.  Daily from 1-5.   BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.   We book the fitting room every 1/2 hour and hourly for large families.   We ask that you please email us a list of all the sports gear and sizes needed so that we can have those items in from the warehouses, and ready for your fitting.  Please make sure your list is from here on our website and the items are available.  The fitting room is stocked with most of the basics, year round.

Option 3 - DUE TO COVID-19, THIS SERVICE IS LIMITED AND IN SOME CASES CANCELLED.   PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO SEE IF WE ARE CONDUCTING PUBLIC SALES AT THAT TIME.   Schedule an appointment on one of our public sale days.  We host these 2-4 days per week.   BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.   Please contact us for our schedule.  Email us a list of the items you wish to view.  City by laws govern how we conduct public sales.  There are no holds for public sales.  No website has the ability to hold items.   If the item you are wishing to view sells, we will contact you right away.

Local Order Pick Up -  Once you place your order, your order MUST be picked up within 2-3 days.   Large orders we ask to have picked up within 1-2 days.  We have a small office to house all these orders.  Office is closed for holidays.  Canada Post shipping is set up for those that are short on time or out of town.   If you need extra time, please contact us as we have amazing ways to help.

The office accepts Debit, Visa, Master Card, and Cash.

We try to ensure all orders are ready within 24-48 hours.  Most are same day.  During the busy season it can take a day longer.   We are closed all holidays and long weekends.   We are available on some weekends with limited times. If the shop is backed up with orders, your order may take an extra day. If you need your order right away, please contact us during office hours. We always try our best to ensure everyone gets their items when needed.

We are a family consignment store with over 10,000 local families that bring their items in to us.  We pay our consignors their 50% of the sale.  Prices are firm.   Our consignors do their very best to ensure their items are in excellent and clean condition.  

All sales are final once the item has been picked up.  Please check your items when picking up.   We can then exchange an item or refund it right away, before you leave with it.   If you have purchased on line, from the sports shop or clothing boutique,  and the item does not fit,  please contact us within 24 hours and we can do an exchange to ensure your child gets the size they need.  Some colors do not picture well and may be slightly different than the photo.  If you are in need of a specific shade.  Please contact us prior to ordering.  We are always happy to help.

For Our Out Of Town Customers -    For our out of town clients that wish to purchase and use local pickup,  not a problem.   Out of town customers can also have local family or friends do their pickups as long as the office is informed.  Out of town customers must pick up their order within the 2-3 day period as local customers.
Late Pick Ups - Local pick ups that are not picked up, or have not emailed us, will be notified for a second pick up. We ask that anyone with an order not picked up, or needs a few extra days, to please contact us right away.  We can then help arrange a time that works for everyone.  We are very limited on space in our office.   We have amazing ways to help customers pick up during odd hours when asked. Orders that are not picked up within the first 3-5 days and DO NOT CONTACT US, or decide to cancel their order, will have to pay the standard restocking charge  20%  The items will then be re pictured, listed and put back up for sale.
Orders not picked up after 30 days are donated to charity.
